HP Program Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and participating in any Homeoprophylaxis (HP) Program or consultation offered by Real Vitality, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Program Status and Recognition

• This program does not fulfill state, school, or institutional immunization requirements and is not recognized as a substitute for conventional immunizations.

• Participation in this program does not provide documentation or records that satisfy immunization requirements for schools, employers, travel, or other institutions.

• Requests for our HP professionals to sign or validate such records, or attempts to use this program to obtain or substitute for required immunization documentation, will not be considered and may constitute a violation of the program’s terms and conditions.

Voluntary Participation

• My participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

• I understand that no immunity method is 100% effective and that no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

• I understand that any decisions regarding participation in this program are my own.

Educational Nature of the Program

• The information, materials, and services provided through this program are educational in nature only.

• Nothing provided in this program should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of illness.

• The education provided does not replace the guidance or services of a qualified medical practitioner.

Relationship to Program Coordinator

• I understand that my relationship with the program coordinator or educators is that of student and educator, not patient and practitioner.

Self-Administration and Personal Responsibility

• Homeoprophylaxis remedies and products are self-administered.

• I accept full responsibility for the use of the products, materials, schedules, and educational information provided.

• I assume full responsibility for any outcomes associated with participation in the program.

Limitation of Liability

• I agree not to hold Real Vitality, its practitioners, educators, or affiliates legally or financially responsible for any outcomes associated with participation in this program.

Use of Program Materials and Remedies

• Program materials, instructions, and educational content are copyrighted and are provided solely for personal use by the purchaser.

• I agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or post program materials, schedules, instructions, or images of kits or products received through this program.

Professional Use and Representation

• Purchasing this program does not certify or authorize me to offer HP programs, provide HP education, or represent myself as trained in Homeoprophylaxis.

• I understand that there are separate professional certification programs required for practitioners who wish to educate others about HP.

Responsible Communication

• I agree not to promote, advertise, or represent this program or its products as a replacement for immunizations or as an alternative to conventional immunity products.

• I agree not to use participation in this program to obtain services, benefits, or access to institutions that require immunization records.

Program Integrity

• Use of HP products, schedules, or programs that are not provided or approved by Real Vitality may void participation in this program and its associated support.

Sales Policy

• All program sales are final and non-refundable after purchase.

• HP kits and remedies are not eligible for return.

• Replacement kits or remedies may be ordered at the participant’s expense, if needed.
